November to April is the quiet time of tour guiding. I am still available for guided tours through our ancient town, but mainly I will be reflecting on the last 6 month and the lovely visitors I met and maybe some questions they ask which I couldn’t answer. There is always something new to discover and share with the visitors.
Last tour I did in October our group was interrupted by a nice local man who told us the history of his business in Chapel Street. Such little titbits of information are like gold nuggets to a tour guide . You don’t find them on apps or maps
Out of season guiding
Penzance is worth while to visit and explore during the quiet season. Weather might be a factor in choosing a date/time for one of my tours. But don’t let that put you off.
